Real-time environmental monitoring
Temperature monitoring built by people who know warehouses.
Ideal Monitor monitors the temperature and humidity of your cold rooms, docks and store areas in real time and emails the right person when a reading goes out of range. Behind it: more than 25 years of supply chain experience.
No commitment. A 30-minute call with people who know logistics operations.
Problems rarely give notice.
Temperature excursions tend to happen when nobody is watching. What matters is how long it takes for someone to find out.
The compressor stops at night
At 3 a.m. a cold room compressor stops. The temperature creeps up, and the next walk-through is at 7 a.m.
With Ideal Monitor: the on-call team gets an email alert as soon as the reading crosses your limit and tolerance time.
The door is left ajar
Cold air leaks out slowly, and nobody notices.
With Ideal Monitor: the chart shows the last-hour trend, and the rule alerts when the deviation persists, without firing at every door opening.
Goods waiting at the dock
Receiving runs late and goods wait at the dock longer than they should before going into the cold room.
With Ideal Monitor: a dock sensor records the ambient temperature and alerts when it stays out of range for too long.
Illustrative scenarios. Alert timing depends on the configured rules, site connectivity and email delivery.
How it works, in three steps.
- 01
Sensor
Wi-Fi sensors in your cold rooms, docks and store areas continuously measure temperature and, depending on the model, humidity.
- 02
Cloud
A collector inside your network sends readings to the platform over an encrypted connection, with no inbound ports opened on your firewall. Every reading is stored and checked against your rules.
- 03
Alert and decision
When a reading goes out of range, the right person gets an email alert, escalated if nobody acknowledges it. The full history stays on the dashboard.

What your team needs to act in time.
Real-time monitoring
The dashboard updates on its own: current reading, min, max, average and last-hour trend, with 1 h, 6 h, 24 h and 7-day charts.
Email alerts with escalation
High and low limits with tolerance time. If nobody acknowledges, the alert escalates, up to 5 levels. Critical alerts cannot be muted.
All your sites in one place
Companies, sites, rooms and zones in one account.
History and analysis
Every reading is recorded, along with each alert's timeline.
Sensor management
Move sensors without losing history, use maintenance mode, and get notified when a sensor stops reporting or gets stuck on the same value.
Data separated by company
Each customer sees only its own data. Admin and operator roles, and two-factor login.
Alert delivery depends on third-party services such as internet and email providers. Understand the limitations

Where we're heading
In developmentTurning reading history into operational intelligence, integrated with Nexus Operations Advisor.
Pilot program: be one of the first.
We haven't published customer cases yet. We'd rather you see Ideal Monitor working in your own operation.
- 1 sensor installed at a real point in your operation.
- 1 week of operation after installation, with dashboard and email alerts on.
- A test alert, triggered on purpose, so you see the full flow.
- Cost credited toward the full deployment if you move forward.
Price provided in the proposal.
Where the gains are.
Manual control depends on someone looking at the right moment. Continuous monitoring changes that on four fronts.
Less product lost
An excursion flagged in minutes, not at the next walk-through, leaves time to act before the goods are compromised.
Team hours back
Walk-throughs stop being the only control. Example: 10 rooms with 2 readings a day of 5 minutes add up to about 608 hours a year writing down temperatures.
Reliable records
Every reading is stored automatically, without manual notes, and every alert has a timeline to show customers or auditors.
Data-driven management
Seeing which rooms deviate often helps prioritize maintenance and fix recurring problems.
What public studies show
~94%
of temperature deviations went unnoticed when temperature was written down by hand twice a day, without recording the min and max for the period
Fonte: CDC, 2022
45 of 45
audited sites had manual records that differed from independently measured temperatures
Fonte: HHS-OIG, 2012
83.9% → 90.9%
of time within the correct range after adopting remote monitoring with alarms
Fonte: Global Health: Science and Practice, 2019
The studies were run on refrigerated units in public programs and measure the reading routine, not the product. The gain in your operation depends on your risk and stored value: the pilot shows the real numbers.
Measure it in my operationFrequently asked questions
How does installation work?
It starts with a site visit: we measure Wi-Fi signal inside each cold room, since metal walls can weaken it; in that case the sensor sits outside with a probe inside. Then we install sensors and the collector, set limits and contacts, and support the first days of operation.
What connectivity do I need?
Wi-Fi where the sensor sits and outbound internet from the collector. With an IT team, the collector can run on an existing VM or server; without one, we bring a kit with collector, its own 4G router and a UPS.
What if the internet goes down?
Readings stop reaching the platform, and it notices: after the time you set, it fires a sensor not reporting alert. Readings from the offline period are not recovered later.
What about a power outage?
Readings stop and the platform fires the same alert. Power for the equipment, such as a UPS for the collector, is defined during deployment.
Is my data secure?
Each company sees only its own data, with tested isolation between customers. The collector only sends data out, encrypted, with no open ports. Access roles and two-factor login. Privacy Policy
How long is history kept?
The retention period is defined in your contract.
Does it integrate with my WMS or ERP?
Integrations are assessed on request. Talk to a specialist.
How long does deployment take?
It depends on sites and sensors: a typical project takes 10 to 30 days. The pilot is much faster.
How does support work?
According to your contract type.
Does it replace my control procedures?
No. Ideal Monitor is a tool that supports monitoring. It does not replace your control and inspection procedures, refrigeration maintenance or contingency plans. Limitation of Liability
