What's included
- 1 sensor installed at a real point in your operation
- Installation and setup of limits and contacts
- 1 week of operation after installation, with dashboard and email alerts
- A test alert, triggered on purpose, to validate the full flow
- A review meeting at the end of the week
Investment
The pilot is paid, with the price provided in the proposal. If you subscribe to Ideal Monitor, the pilot cost is credited toward deployment.
Technical requirements
- Wi-Fi at the sensor location, or the Ideal kit with its own 4G
- A power outlet for the collector or kit
- If you use the company network: allow the collector outbound traffic on port 8883 (or 443). No inbound ports need to be opened.

Pilot questions
What happens after the week?
We hold the review meeting. If it makes sense to continue, we prepare a deployment proposal with the pilot cost credited.
Do I keep the sensor?
During the pilot, Ideal Business lends you the sensor. If you sign up, it becomes part of the deployment; if not, we pick it up after the review meeting.
Can I test more than one point?
The standard pilot is 1 sensor. If you need more points, we'll discuss it in the proposal.
